Visibility checks

We fetch the public URL you submit and check its returned HTML. We save the checked URL, its score, the time of the check, and your email address if you choose to provide one, and we send that summary to the SummitSee team by email so we can follow up. If you leave your email, we may send you a recorded walkthrough of your results. Our hosting provider may keep operational request logs. Don’t submit private links or URLs containing sensitive information.

Newsletter signups

When you consent, we save your email address, consent wording, and signup time in our hosted database, and notify the SummitSee team of the signup. Newsletter delivery is not connected yet, and signing up does not send an email. A removal link is provided after a new signup; save it to remove your record. Your email will be used for the SummitSee newsletter when delivery launches.

Inquiries

We save the email, website, region, and message you submit, and send a copy to the SummitSee team by email, so we can review and respond to your request. This does not enroll you in marketing emails. Do not include confidential details.

Hosting and abuse prevention

The website and form data are hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. To limit automated abuse, we keep a short-lived hash derived from an IP address and time window, together with a request count. The application does not store the raw IP address. Lead notifications may include the approximate city and region of the request, as provided by Cloudflare. Expired rate-limit records are cleaned up on subsequent requests.

Storage and requests

Newsletter signups remain until removed. Support inquiries remain for review and follow-up; there is no automatic deletion schedule configured yet. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your form data through the inquiry form. Verification may be needed before a request is completed.

We do not currently add advertising trackers or a marketing analytics service. Hosting access controls may use essential cookies. This page will be updated when newsletter delivery or other integrations are connected.
